CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The Chief Executive Officer of ROSA:

• represents ROSA in the relations with the public administration, the national and foreign organisms and legal persons and is entitled to give the signature for ROSA;
• directs all the activities of ROSA and is responsible against the Board for the overall functioning of the Agency;
• co-ordinates, formulates and updates the strategy and policies of the national space programs;
• directs and formulates the substantial funding generating activity (contracts and projects on research, development, consulting)
• directs the activity of the divisions of ROSA, co-ordinates the Agency. s own projects and programmes;
• plans and co-ordinates the substantive work programme of the Agency, in consultation with the Chairman;
• approves the financial, administrative and staff issues;
• by its own or together with the President, is the signatory of the relevant international agreements;
