	ESA - European Space Agency ROSA is the representative of Romanian Govt. for the Agreement of co-operation for the exploration and exploitation of outer space with ESA (1992 and October, 1999)

*SAF*	Space Agency Forum ROSA is a member of the Space Agencies Forum since 1997

	COSPAR - Committee on Space Research ROSA is the National Secretary for COSPAR since 1994

ROSA has signed Agreements of bilateral Co-operation for Space Affairs with the Italian Space Agency (ASI) (1996), Bulgaria (1997), Hungarian Space Office (HSO) (1998)
